This session kicked off the 3-Month Removal Defense Training with Veronica Cardenas, introducing core immigration law concepts, detention rules, and real case strategies, while setting the stage for hands-on, collaborative learning.

This session focused on adjustment of status under 245(i), bond and detention litigation, and habeas strategies, with real-time case analysis and solutions for complex client scenarios including detained minors and NTA challenges.

This class focused on detention and bond strategy, covering legal standards, habeas filings, and tools to challenge unlawful arrests, parole inconsistencies, and voluntary departure issues.

This class covered BIA appeals, bond and detention strategies, and removal stays, equipping attendees with practical tools to challenge orders, support detained clients, and file timely, persuasive legal arguments.

This class focused on asylum law strategies, covering I-589 application best practices, credible fear interviews, CAT claims, and how to counter DHS challenges with strong evidence and legal precision.

This class covered cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and VAWA relief, with strategic guidance on hardship, fraud, motions to reopen, and complex jurisdictional issues like 245(i) and USCIS vs. EOIR authority.

This class covered adjustment of status, unlawful presence, waivers, and consular processing, giving clear guidance on I‑485 filings, TPS and parole issues, reopening removal orders, VAWA options, visa categories, and strategies for complex family-based cases.
